Work Activity Program
Goal: To assist disabled individuals in understanding the meaning, value and demands of work; to develop or modify work behaviors; to provide on and off site job training and paid employment.

- Individual goal planning and progress reporting
- Preparation for referral to the Supported Employment Program
Clients Served
- Developmentally Disabled
- Mentally Ill
- Physically Disabled
Admission Criteria
- 18 years of age and older
- Documentation of disability and statement of goals by referring agency
- Absence of acute medical and / or psychiatric disturbance
- Able to care for basic self-care needs
- Convulsive disorders medically controlled
- Conduct not dangerous to self or others
- Third party sponsor
