Supported Employment Program (Work Groups & Individual Placements)
Goal: To place and train disabled individuals in community work sites with the supportive services necessary for them to succeed in ongoing employment.

Admission Criteria
- 18 years of age and older
- Able to provide for own transportation
- Documentation of disability and statement of goals by referring agency
- Third party sponsor
