Goal: To assist disabled individuals with community employment, providing necessary support for job retention.

Admission Criteria
- 18 years of age and older
- Documentation of disability and statement of goals by referring agency
- Absence of acute medical and / or psychiatric disturbance
- Able to care for basic self-care needs
- Assurance that client treatment for chronic medical condition can and will be maintained while enrolled in program
- Convulsive disorders medically controlled
- Impairment or conduct not dangerous to self or others
- Client of Department of Rehabilitation
